Ask questions during the checkout process

 

If you need to collect t-shirt sizes, student matric numbers, phone numbers or twitter handles? Its easy!


1. From your event's Manage Page, choose Ask Questions from the menu on the left.


 

2. Click on the Manage Questions button. A window will appear.


3. You will be able to choose a standard question or create your own question.

a) To choose a standard question, click on the Select a standard question dropdown and select a choice from the list. When you have finished, click Save.

 

b) To create your own question, click on the Create your own question link. A new window will appear. You need to give your question a Name, you can provide an Instruction if you wish and the Type of question, for example, a line of text, paragraph, a checkbox or dropdown options. When you are finished, click Save.


4. You will see your new questions have been included in the questions table, if you need to edit a custom question, you can click on the questions name.


Take note: Your questions will appear once for each attendee in order (if 2 similar tickets are purchased, then 2 sets of questions will appear on the registration page). All answers are recorded individually for each attendee in the Attendee Report. You can see their answers by clicking on the attendees Ticket ID or by exporting the CSV file of the report.
