When we launched 2 years ago, we provided a very simple product with incredible value for money.
We thought about increasing the ticketing fee when we launched our latest version to reflect the the new benefits we provide. We ended up choosing to hold off and let everyone see they’re getting a lot of value from the product for almost nothing.
We have sold lots of tickets and everyone we have spoken to has been really positive about what we have built. A lot of customers say they’d like to pay us more!
The Eventzi ticketing fee will increase to a flat $1 USD per ticket you sell from Wednesday 1st June. This is so we can build and release features quicker than we are able to just now. We want to continue the momentum we are building and to help make your event more successful.
