Help. I can't get tickets
1. PayPal error
You should receive an error message that will tell you what you'll want to fix. If you have not received an order confirmation email from PayPal and Eventzi, try running your credit card again after making the requested changes. If you don't see an error message, you may want to contact PayPal customer service directly to figure out why your card is not going through. You can find your local PayPal number by using the Contact Us link from the footer of the PayPal site.
2. The event page says that tickets are "Not on Sale" or "Sold Out" is displayed!
If the tickets for the event are sold out, you'll want to get in touch with the event host directly to see if there are additional tickets available. If "Not on Sale" is shown, tickets have not yet gone on sale. You can reach the event host by clicking the Contact Host link on the event page, which is found in the lower right section of the page.
3. I received an order confirmation email from PayPal saying that my order was successful, but I did not receive an order confirmation from Eventzi.
Check your email Spam folder for the Eventzi order confirmation email. If you aren't able to find the Eventzi confirmation email in your Spam folders, contact us so that we can dig deeper into the problem.
