How to request a refund
The best way to request a refund or change to a ticket is by contacting the event host. You can find the host's contact information in a few ways, as explained below. As Eventzi doesn't host the events, we can't process refunds or make ticket changes on behalf of event hosts.
You can use the details in the ticket or order confirmation email you received after registering and your email you will directed to the event page where the Contact Host window will appear.
