Where do attendees register on the event page

 

Are your tickets not appearing on the event page? Don't worry, here are some tips to get you making sales:


1. If the Ticket box is not displayed on your event page, it could mean that your tickets are hidden. To display them, you need to go to the My Events page, click on Edit for your event which will take you to the Edit Page for that event. In the Tickets section, either Hide or Show will be displayed in the ticket row. If the Show option is available, click it and then click on the View button to see if your ticket is now available on the event page.

 

2. If the Ticket box displays "Not on Sale", it means that your tickets are not yet on sale. Here's how to adjust the start date of sales to put them on sale!

a) From the My Events page, click on Edit next for your event to go to the Edit Page for that event. In the Tickets section, click on the name of your Ticket Type. A window will appear.

b) In the Edit Ticket box, under Advanced, click Show, then edit the Start date to when ticket sales begin. If they should already be on sale, set this to today's date. Click Save.

 

3. If the Ticket Information box displays Sold Out next to your ticket and the event should not be sold out, you need to adjust the Quantity of that particular ticket type.

a) From the My Events page, click on Edit to event to go to the Edit Page for that event. In the Tickets section, click on the name of your Ticket Type. A window will appear. In the Edit Ticket box, check the Quantity and adjust if necessary.

b) If the Quantity Available is correct, but the ticket is still displaying as Sold Out, in the Tickets section, click on the name of your Ticket Type. A window will appear. Change the quantity and click Save.
